• When you are ready to have service restored to your home, please call Customer Care at 866-229-3578.
• You must be home in order for gas service to be restored.
• For your SAFETY we ask that you do NOT attempt to restore service to your natural gas appliances yourself.  Please wait for a Virginia Natural Gas field service representative to check and re-light your appliances.
• Please also feel free to contact Customer Care if you have any questions about billing during the period immediately following the tornados.
